The fast-acting formula renders drugs and medications unretrievable and unattainable on contact with no need for batteries, added water, hazardous constituents or long-term contracts. Rx Destroyer™ is compliant under a variety of EPA and DEA regulations outlined in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). The Secure and Responsible Drug Disposal Act (SRDDA) of 2010 expanded regulations put forth to promote collection and disposal of controlled substances.
